Terms.

Placing an order

Checkout saves your order and opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message. The order is confirmed only when we reply to that message with the delivery charge and timing. Until then it is saved, not agreed.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include everything except the delivery charge, which is quoted before dispatch and depends on your district.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh, normally within 2–4 days of confirmation. Delays outside our control — weather, strikes, courier issues — can happen, and we will tell you on WhatsApp if they do.

Please make sure someone is available at the address. If a parcel cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, we will contact you to rearrange.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. You may inspect the parcel before paying. Nothing is charged online and no payment details are collected on this site.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item within seven days of delivery for a different size or item, provided it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags and packaging. Items that arrive damaged or not as described are replaced at our cost.

Because payment is made on delivery, exchanges are for goods, not refunds of a payment that was never taken.

Availability and accuracy

Stock changes. If something you ordered is no longer available, we tell you on WhatsApp before confirming and you can change or cancel the order at no cost.

We try to describe every product accurately. Photography can differ slightly from the item in hand; if the difference matters to you, message us before ordering.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before dispatch by messaging us. After dispatch, refuse the parcel at the door — nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund.
