Delivery

We deliver everywhere in Bangladesh — all 64 districts. Orders arrive in 2–4 days from confirmation; Dhaka is usually the quick end of that.

The delivery charge depends on where you are. We tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp when we confirm, before anything is dispatched — there is no charge you have not agreed to.

Cash on delivery

Every order is paid in cash when it arrives. You can open the parcel and check the item before you pay. No card details are ever entered on this site, and nothing is charged online.

Exchanges

Wrong size, or not what you expected? You have seven days from delivery to exchange it. Message us your order number and what you need instead, and we arrange the swap.

• The item should be unworn and unwashed, with its tags and packaging.
• Anything that arrives damaged or not as described is replaced at our cost — send a photo.
• Exchanges are for a different size or item, not cash. Payment is on delivery, so nothing has been charged to refund.

Tracking

Every order walks four steps: saved, confirmed, on its way, delivered. Check where yours is with the order number from your confirmation and the phone you ordered with.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts and no passwords. Your bag lives in your browser, and your order is confirmed over WhatsApp.

Can I pay by card or bKash?

Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives, and you can check it first.

How do I know my order went through?

After checkout you get an eight-character order number and a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Send the message; we reply to confirm. Until you send it, the order is saved but not confirmed.

What if the size is wrong?

Exchange it within seven days of delivery — see Exchanges above. Message us your order number and the size you need.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Every item is checked before it is listed. If anything arrives that is not as described, message us and we will make it right.
